Subject: MINUTES OF MEETING
In the auspicious time of Navratri, Board meeting of PAHAL WELFARE FOUNDATION was held at 14th Avenue Society’s Flat No. 25014/B on 10th October 2021, Sunday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The following important decisions were taken unanimously in this board meeting:
- To ensure the arrangement of Membership Certificate & ID Card for all the members before the next meeting.
- PAHAL will not always organize religious worship and religious festivals but will only act as supporting organizer as PAHAL will work for all religion, community and regional development.
- The remaining funds of Ganpati Utsav 2021 will be used for the next year for common Ganpati Utsav 2022 in 14th Avenue society.
- Unanimously prepared calendar for the programs proposed by the organization is as follows:

- The organization will conduct collection drives from time to time to collect voluntary contributions for upcoming programmes.
- Assigning of responsibilities to certain members with 100% voting are as follows:

- The organization will only authorize the written statement of the spokesperson and the awareness campaign in-charge, subject to personal statement of other members.
- Removal of Meenu Gujral from membership with 100% voting.
- Maximum extension time of annual membership is 30 days, otherwise automatically terminated.
- Volunteers will be provided in future only, whose annual fee will be Rs.1100/-
- VOLUNTEERSHIP PROGRAM (1-1-1): One volunteer per month per member
- Documents required for volunteership:
- 2 recent passport size photographs
- Valid ID card
- Valid address proof
- Self-Declaration FORM for communication address
