On September 30, 2023, a public dialogue program was organized at the Senior Citizen Club of Gaur Saundaryam through the joint efforts of the Pahal Welfare Foundation and DDRWA. The event aimed to address law and order and traffic issues across Greater Noida West and involved discussions with police administrative officials. Hundreds of Greater Noida West residents attended, presenting public grievances to the police administration. Key officials present included DCP (Central) Smt. Suniti Singh, ACP-II Shri R.C. Pandey, SHO Shri Anil Kumar Rajput, Traffic In-charge Maukam Singh, and the local police post in-charge.

Pahal Foundation President D.K. Singh stated that the organization submitted a formal letter to DCP (Central) Smt. Suniti Singh outlining key public issues in Greater Noida West. These included the menace of stray dogs and monkeys, traffic problems, the installation of automatic traffic signal systems at intersections, the installation of CCTV cameras in local markets and at all intersections, the relocation of unauthorized local markets from main roads to designated vending zones, increased police patrolling at night for security, and the construction of a foot-overbridge for Gaur City and a police post near Paramount Golf Forest Society to prevent accidents caused by speeding vehicles. The DCP assured that these issues would be addressed as soon as possible.
DDRWA President Shri N.P. Singh emphasized that police administrative officials should pay special attention to the concerns and daily issues faced by the elected members of the various AOA/RWA teams in Greater Noida West. He suggested holding monthly public dialogues with these teams to resolve law and order and traffic-related problems. D.K. Singh (President, Pahal Welfare Foundation), N.P.
