Continuing its annual tradition, the Pahal Welfare Foundation has been actively distributing hundreds of blankets in Greater Noida to protect needy families from the biting cold. With the recent shift in weather, the intensity of winter has surged across Delhi-NCR. To provide relief from the cold, the organization distributed hundreds more blankets today to roadside laborers, sanitation workers in housing societies, and needy families living in slums across Gautam Buddha Nagar.
D.K. Singh, President of the Pahal organization, stated that assisting the vulnerable sections of society—guided by the principle that "Service is the Supreme Duty" (*Seva Paramo Dharmah*)—is the organization's core mission. This modest effort during the harsh winter aims to bring warmth and comfort to the lives of those in need. During the distribution drive, the Pahal team also appealed to the financially well-off to step forward and provide similar assistance, ensuring continuous support for slum dwellers, temple priests, roadside laborers, and needy street vendors.
Key contributors to this year's blanket distribution campaign included Pahal Welfare Foundation President D.K. Singh, along with members Vivek Singh, Priya Singh, Sunil Bhadauria, Fayaz Ahmed, Akshay Kumar, Sanjeev Bhattal, Anil Kumar, and Ashutosh Tyagi.
