Pahal Welfare Foundation is a registered non-profit company (Incorporation No. U85109UP2024NPL197524, PAN AAOCP4852G) based in Greater Noida West, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Donations
- Online donations are processed by Razorpay. A donation is confirmed only after the payment gateway confirms it to us.
- Donations are voluntary contributions towards our charitable objectives and are non-refundable, except where a duplicate or erroneous transaction is reported within 7 days to info@pahalwelfarefoundation.org — verified duplicates are refunded to the original payment method.
- 80G receipts are issued in the name and PAN provided by the donor at the time of donation.
- Donations earmarked to a programme area are applied to that area to the extent practicable; the Foundation may reallocate funds where a programme is fully funded.
Membership
- Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the Foundation. Approval is at the Foundation's discretion.
- Members agree to abide by the Foundation's rules, code of conduct and applicable laws.
- Membership may be revoked for conduct contrary to the Foundation's objectives.
